Worked across multiple fronts of TCM-BA's institutional Portal — a public-facing platform serving government auditors and citizens across the state of Bahia. Contributed to back-end development, legacy system maintenance, mobile, and delivery infrastructure.
- Designed and built a REST API in Java 17 and Spring Boot for full CRUD management of public Portal content and file storage, used daily by administrators to publish official documents and communications.
- Maintained and evolved complex legacy modules in Java 8 and Spring Boot, including the HR Vacation management system — implementing new business rules, integrating external web services, and resolving critical bugs to ensure operational stability.
- Developed a cross-platform mobile app in React Native to bring Portal services to Android and iOS users, with a focus on accessibility and ease of use for non-technical audiences.

Androtune
A local-first hormone therapy tracking app built around absolute privacy. It features a pharmacokinetic engine that calculates half-life, peaks, troughs, and dose superposition, visualizing everything on a dynamic concentration chart. It also includes a calendar, symptom diary, and lab result logs. The entire infrastructure is designed for secrecy: health data never leaves the device without end-to-end encryption. The server only handles ciphertexts and acts as a facilitator for cloud sync and device pairing (via QR code), while the decryption keys remain strictly with the user.
